These terms describe use of Little Karami Chat. They are a product draft for readers of this site. They are not a certification, and they do not create a regulated compliance claim.
Service
Little Karami Chat is a communication workspace. Web chat is available. Android is a release candidate and is not a store download on this site. iOS is not available yet. Features described as coming later are not part of the service today.
Accounts
You need an account to use the chat product. You are responsible for the credentials on that account. This website itself does not create accounts or store passwords.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to break the law, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or interfere with the product. Uploads that fail the malware scan are rejected.
User Content
You keep responsibility for the messages and files you send. Content is stored so the product can deliver it. Sending content does not make the conversation end-to-end encrypted.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Web, Android, and iOS will not always ship on the same day. Maintenance, device settings, and network conditions can interrupt delivery, including push notifications.
Intellectual Property
The Little Karami Chat name, this website, and the product software are owned by their respective holders. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You keep your rights in content you submit, subject to the storage and delivery described above.
Termination
You can stop using the service and you can delete your account from the product. Access can also be ended if the account is used in a way that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Limitations
The service is not warranted as uninterrupted or error-free. This page does not state a monetary cap and does not waive rights you cannot waive. It also does not promise a particular translation vendor or private encrypted messaging.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of this draft. Continuing to use the product after an update means the new terms apply to that later use.
